CLEANSES & RESETS

If you find, after purchasing a Cleanse or Reset, that you are unable to participate, you will be offered a credit to participate in the next offering of the same duration. For Resets this is 7 days and for Cleanses this is 15 days.
A refund for the service portion of the program may be issued when requested prior to the start of the program.
*There are no refunds or returns on cleanse kits or reset kits once they have been shipped.

AYURVEDA FOR WOMEN COURSE

• You may request a refund for the course prior to your entry into the course portal, less a processing fee of 5% (if there was a currency conversion fee, this will also be subtracted from your refund, along with credit card fees).
• After you have received entry into the course, provided you have not done any of the coursework, you have 5 days to request removal from the course and a refund, less a processing fee of 10% (if there was a currency conversion fee, this will also be subtracted from your refund).
• If you choose to convert your course registration to a 1:1 program or a cleanse, you will be credited 100% of your investment within 5 days of entry into the course portal, 75% within 10 days after entry into the course portal.
*There are no refunds or credits after 10 days, as you have had full access to the course. Thank you for your understanding.

ONE : ONE PROGRAMS
You may request a full refund for your program prior to our first consultation, less a processing fee of 5%.
Within the first 29 days, and after the first consult, any refunds will be prorated for the amount of time spent on your case, and less a processing fee of 10%.
You may receive a credit toward another program with no processing fees charged.
*There are no refunds after 30 days in any 1:1 program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We reserve all of our intellectual property rights in our Services and Courses, including all of our written, audio and video content (“Content”).  You may use our Content only for your personal, non-commercial use.  You agree not to copy, reproduce or share our Content, create derivative works of our Content, or use our Content for any other use without our written permission.  Using the Services does not give you any ownership to our Services or our Content and you have no right or interest in our Content except the right to use our Content in the manner described here.

TERMS
These terms may be revised from time to time.  By continuing to access the Services provided by Sunny Rose and Mamayurveda, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.  If any clause, provision, covenant or condition of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remainder of these Terms remain in full force and effect. The entirety of the agreement between you and Sunny Rose/Mamayurveda, consists of these Terms and any written communications between us memorializing the fees you will pay us for our Services. Such written communications are incorporated herein by reference.
