REGISTRATION FOR FALL RESET IS NOW CLOSED

This is your invitation to attend to what feels important to you

8 days of exquisite self care, nourishment and gentle cleansing.

This is an online program that offers you specific recipes to transition between seasons, with the option to gently cleanse, breathwork, movement, and rituals for body, mind and soul.

During this week, I’ll be asking you to claim the pieces that feel possible, to challenge yourself in order to invite transformation.

and… I’m asking you to leave aside the pieces that feel too much, or cause stress.

THE NITTY GRITTY details

Register

  • By October 10th if you’d like to get our deluxe kit for a fully curated experience (kit quantities are very limited so order early!)

  • By October 12, if you’re gathering your own supplies, to allow yourself plenty of time

  • Late registration deadline = October 20 (the day before we start), if you’re doing the program synchronously with the group, and already have all supplies, OR if you’re doing the program at another time on your own.

  • Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with supply list

Once you receive your supply list

  • Inventory what you already have

  • Shop locally and/or online for what you don’t
    (you’ll need massage oil, a tongue scraper, nasya oil, kitchari ingredients (optional but recommended) Triphala or other gentle laxative, digestive tea or herbs, liver cleanse herbs or greens and some optional tools/fresh or dried plant materials for smoke and water cleanses)

  • You can put together your own kit for approx $100-$200 depending on what you have already, and the options you choose.

  • Our kit is $150 and is full of just about everything you need, but quantities are super limited

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

  • This is all virtual! I’ll be inviting you into the program portal a couple days before we actually start so you can get your bearings. All LIVE sessions will take place on Zoom.

  • Yes! Please sign up and let me know you’re doing it on your own schedule. Please pick 8 days this season to do the program, and stick to the time. In our portal, I have our days listed as “Day 1, Day 2…” etc so you can make this your own. Please know that it’s so easy to get off track and even quit, so I recommend doing this with the group if you tend to have trouble sticking to programs and schedules.

  • For each day, you’ll have a simple set of practices for morning and evening, and a menu guide with recipes. Plan out time/space to do some of or all of the practices, and to prepare a simple nourishing meal twice daily (one breakfast and one recipe for lunch/dinner) - these rituals are the core of our program. The live sessions are there for guided practice. These will all be recorded if you can’t make it.

  • This is a gentle cleanse. However, it’s not like the Ayurvedic home panchakarma cleanses I usually lead - which are very in depth.

    That said, it depends where you’re starting from. You’ll be invited to remove all alcohol, excess caffeine & sugar, and to eat a mostly plant based diet. You will have options to go deeper into cleansing, depending upon the recipes you choose. I’ll be offering the option to receive guidance in doing a kitchari monodiet in the middle of the reset which is a fabulous way to cleanse, and to go even deeper by removing legumes and grains with a nourishing green soup and a daily green drink.

  • Firstly, new recipes!! This is a great opportunity to get out of a food rut. I’m also offering the option to go deeper and simpler and gently cleanse accumulation, by doing an all kitchari diet for a portion of the program. Kitchari is a mix of rice and split yellow mung beans (or red lentils as a substitute). You can go even deeper if you choose from there.

    *if you are unable to eat kitchari because of intolerances to mung dal and/or rice, I will have an option for you too!

  • No problem, they will be recorded. That said, I encourage you to arrange your schedule to attend as much live as possible.

    It’s easy to get off track and feel left out, or even quit, if you postpone the talks and practices (trust me, I’ve learned this first hand). Staying engaged is key.

  • No, not for this program. I request that you read everything first, and ask if you have questions before signing up. If, once you receive access to the portal, you suddenly decide this program isn’t right for you, you’ll need to contact me to ask for a refund within 24 hours. Otherwise, no refund will be offered, as you’ll already have access to much of the program. Thanks for your understanding.
